Your presence in the web site will allow your work to be known by more than 4000 publishing houses, animation studios, producers, adverting houses and galleries in 61 nation in the world (see the list). Creativity helps you in this patient work of communication.

Creativity has the following purposes:
- to promote contacts and collaborations with publishing companies, studios, agencies and art galleries without intermediaries, in Italy and all over the world.
- to make visible and to bring out the users’ skills and abilities, through all the means at disposal of Creativity’s staff
- to update in real time contents and proposal of your creativity, always in contact with the needs of the market.

Registration conditions and costs
The annual rate for the registration to Creativity is 48 EUR  Convert

Registration term is of one year (for example: registration march 23th, 2008/ expiry date march 23th, 2009).
As soon as we receive the acceptance and the payment you will have the right of use as registered to the site. 15 days before the expiration date you will receive an e-mail informing you about the expiry of your show-case in the site.
Registration is not conditioned by obligation of renewal: the user can decide to remain present in the site , paying the annual rate again, or to cancel his collaboration with Creativity. In this case all his personal data and works will be erased from the site.

How to registrate to the site

Step 1:
You will find the “user login” in the homepage: click on “register now” and insert your data in the registration form. In order to proceed to the complete registration to Creativity it’s necessary to authorize Studio Caba & Chesi to the treatment of your personal data, according to The Privacy Policy Law no. 675/96

Step 2:
After the registration, an e-mail will be send with the only purpose to check the inserted e-mail address. This link does not allow to enter the personal page: it is possible to do it only by inserting e-mail address and password in the homepage (after you have confirmed your registration). Then you could insert or update any information concerning your profile and your works directly from your pc.
Each artist has the possibility to:
a) chose a specific category to enter in
b) write his personal profile both
c) upload 16 digital pictures in JPG format (550x412 pixels). For each one of your published work, it is possible to insert information about the used techniques, dimensions, format and so on.
d) For emerging author’s texts, Creativity has signed an exclusive agreement with Agenzia Il Segnalibro srl: together we will consider the features of your texts and we will promote them in the editorial world, making sure they are always suitable to the editorial market demand. Experience, professionalism and competence will be in service of your work.

Step 3:
Before being enabled as registered to the site, your works will be examined by Creativity staff and you will have to wait for the reply. If you are accepted your works will be uploaded. You will receive an e-mail concerning the terms of payment; once it has been done, you will send a confirmation e-mail. Then your registration will be immediately activated.

Terms of payment
The entrance fee to the site can be paid as follows:
1. bank transfer
2. postal paying-in slip
3. PayPal
4. non-negotiable check
5. postal order

Once you have chosen the most suitable method, please contact the staff at the following address: info@studiocreativity.com, to ask for the bank data.

Step 4:
Once you have paid, the personal page with your personal profile and gallery will be activated by Creativity staff. Your name will be published in the list of the category you have chosen during registration and your works will be visible by everybody.

Notes:
1. possible and following inserts of pictures (or texts) will be always under Creativity staff authorization. We have the faculty to refuse publishing permission.
2. in each moment the users can ask for his data and works cancellation; however, he cannot ask for the money back, concerning the sum related to the months in which he has not used our service.
3. 15 days before the expiring term of registration (lasting 1 solar year), we will send an e-mail to the user, asking him to renew registration. Failing the reply to the e-mail and/or the payment within 30 days after expiration, Creativity staff will suspend the user’s data from the site, waiting for news from the user himself.
